It is my firm belief that all people, whether at home, out in public or in church should feel safe and secure.  We are living in trying and difficult times, mental illness, hatred and evil is running ramped in the world.   Predators choose to attack our churches and schools because they are vulnerable and in most case unprepared for would be attackers.  I believe that it is the church leaderships responsibility to protect the flock, and sometimes that means putting in place a trained, armed security team.  If you are the head Pastor of a church and you are interested in setting up a security team, please contact me via email (instructor@steeleinsight.net) and we can discuss the needs for your church.   This is not something that should be taken lightly; this process can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to complete the setup and training of your security team.  Please pray about this and consult your leadership team before making a decision.  If you choose to set up a security team, Steele In Sight would be delighted to help you with this.
